10-2003: East Texas area First United Methodist Church
Synergy Concepts, Inc. has recently completed the installation of two
complete multimedia room systems, a live performance stage system, mobile
multimedia presentation system, and touring sound reinforcement system for the
First United Methodist Church. Sanctuary pictures are
now published here with others to follow
shortly, showing the Youth Hall Performance Stage, touring system and mobile
multimedia presentation system. Unique to the system designs is their
ability to be multi-use tasked for a multitude of church needs. An example
of this is the ability of the Sanctuary OCC Samsung multimedia LCD monitors to
be used as standalone TV sets, DISH Network monitors, VCR / DVD combo output
monitors or small-group laptop monitors, not requiring additional sound
equipment. Likewise, the VCR / DVD combo units were chosen to be able to
play multiple audio formats (CDR, MPEG-2, MP3, JPEG, Windows Media, VCD, etc.)
to allow the Junior High and High School youth groups to create their own
in-house productions or shows, stills and video taken on various outings.
10-2003: North Central Texas ISD - Integrated Music System
SCI recently delivered a fixed / portable sound reinforcement system, featuring JBL and SuperScope equipment.
9-2003: Elementary School - Suburban North Dallas ISD
Delivered the first phase of a multi-phase sound reinforcement and live
production upgrade to the music department and PTA.
8-2003: High School - Suburban North Dallas ISD
Completed a custom upgrade of the performance and touring system as well as
numerous repairs of existing classroom and field equipment for a High
School band.
8-2003: Suburban North Dallas ISD
In August, SCI began rolling out fine arts listening centers featuring Teac
and Klipsch products to meet the needs of the choir, orchestra and band
departments of Plano ISD's numerous new schools. Other new and existing
schools are also receiving Marantz PSD300 portable combination CDR / RW recorder
/ players, featuring Performing Arts Controls and built-in mixers. The
PSD300 is quickly becoming the favorite of all of SCI's fine arts customers for
choral or instrumental, group or individual recording or documentation.
Teaching staff feels that it is important for individuals applying to college
music programs to have the demo CD's made possible by this equipment for
inclusion with their college applications.
