SCI FUNCTIONAL GROUPS
Functional groups within SCI are staffed and structured dynamically, as compared to fixed traditional corporate hierarchies.  Dynamic Staff Structuring allows personnel to move between SCI corporate modules to contribute their expertise, when and where needed, to the best advantage of the corporation and its clients. These dynamics allow corporate functional units to be used by each division in support of each client's project. Dynamic Modular Structuring (DMS) eliminates cumbersome vendor / client chains of command, improves human communications and shortens project time lines.  The modular organization of SCI resources is presented below. 

CORPORATE OPERATING GROUPS
