Terms and Conditions below apply to all individual schedules or prices listed.  However, it should be noted that specific contracts may modify these Terms & Conditions.

Article IV is very important to SCI and our clients.  We emphatically enforce the intent of this section and ask our clients to join us in this endeavor.  To accomplish this during pre‑contract or pre-purchase discussions, we may ask you to sign a separate project-specific, limited non‑disclosure agreement if proprietary information is involved and necessary to properly and fully consummate our business relationship.
